RESERVED SEATING

All seats in the Ferro Pavilion (which includes dress circle and orchestra seating) are reserved and underneath cover. Outdoor terrace seating includes physical seats, but is general admission and not under cover.

LAWN TICKETS

Lawn seating is first-come, first-served. The lawn opens 90 minutes prior to the concert start time and ticket holders are invited to bring picnic gear, including chairs, blankets and small coolers or tables (no larger than three feet). Large coolers and buffet tables are not allowed. Nothing can be staked into the ground. Please be aware that patrons must be able to load their picnic items on and off shuttle buses. Food and drinks (including alcohol) are permitted in the designated lawn area only. Live audio of the performances are broadcast to the lawn. Limited areas provide a line of sight to the stage.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS

Families are welcome for every concert. Children ages three and under are admitted FREE to any Music by the Lake performance. Children age four or above are charged the regular ticket price, except for the kids concert. Ticket prices for the family and children's concert are noted on the performance page.

TICKET PRICES

Tickets range in price depending on the chosen section and concert. Reserved seating in the pavilion, which includes dress circle and orchestra can range from $45 to $100. Terrace seating is $45. Lawn admission ranges from $20 to $30.

TICKET POLICY

Ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets, we encourage you to donate them to Music by the Lake for resale and request a tax-deductible donation receipt at the end of the season. For more information, contact the Ticket Office at 262-245-8501.

ON-SITE TICKET PURCHASES

The Music by the Lake Ticket Booth is located near the main entrance of the pavilion and is open on concert days for ticket purchases. The Ticket Booth opens 90 minutes prior to the concert start time and is open until the end of that day's concert.

RECEIVING TICKETS

Tickets purchased in April or May will be mailed after Memorial Day. Tickets purchased on or after Wednesday the week of each performance will be held at will call in the ticket office (located in Weidensall Administration Building) on Thursday or Friday or at the ticket booth will call the day of the performance. The ticket booth is located south of the Ferro Pavilion and is open 90 minutes prior to event start time. All other tickets will be mailed as orders are placed.

HANDLING FEE

Unlike other ticketing organizations Music by the Lake does not charge a handling fee for orders.

Note: Credit card charges for Music by the Lake tickets will appear as "Aurora University."
