Ticket Information

All seats in the Ferro Pavilion (Dress Circle, Orchestra and Rear Orchestra) are reserved and under cover. Outdoor Terrace and Lawn seating is general admission, and seats are provided in all areas except the lawn.

Lawn seats are available for Saturday evening performances only. No admittance will be permitted to the lawn before 6:00 p.m. Lawn ticket holders are invited to bring chairs and blankets and sit within the designated area. Food and drinks (including alcohol) are permitted in the designated lawn area only. All lawn seating provides a quality audio experience; however, only limited areas provide a line of sight to the stage.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets, we encourage you to donate them back to Music by the Lake. If we resell your tickets, you will receive a receipt for a tax deduction at the end of the season, as allowed by law.

The Ticket Booth is located near the main entrance of the Pavilion. It will open one and a half hours prior to each performance.

Tickets purchased on or after Wednesday the week of each performance will not be mailed but will be available for pick up in the Ticket Office on Thursday or Friday or at the Ticket Booth the evening of the performance. All other tickets will be mailed.
